    End of Tenancy Cleaning

    End of tenancy cleaning is a thorough cleaning process performed when tenants move out of a property. It ensures that the property is left in pristine condition for the next occupants and meets the landlord's cleanliness standards. It increases the chances of receiving a full deposit refund and facilitates a smooth transition between tenants.

    Our end of tenancy cleaning service covers a comprehensive checklist that includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, appliances, windows, and more. We leave no corner untouched, ensuring that the entire property is clean, sanitized, and ready for new tenants.

    We will provide 2-4 cleaners subject to size and condition of your place. All cleaning products and equipments, ladder will be provided. For Move in Move out, end of tenancy cleaning, we require the unit to be empty with no personal belongings such as clothes/ boxes/ unwanted item around as it will disrupt the cleaning session. We do not guarantee 100% stain removal. Note that Cleaning is very subjective depending on the condition and number of items in an apartment. Hence the price, anpower, and hours quoted/ allocated are based on the size/sq ft and on a rough estimation of a normal/ generic apartment. In the event of an unusual condition that happened after our initial quote/ that differs from our quotation/ assessment on site, additional hours (chargeable) may be required subject to the condition of the apartment.
